$50 per person

Welcome the New Year with lots of dance, music, great food and drinks. A four-course dinner with a choice at every course, including vegetarian options throughout.

1st course — Soup

  • Homemade Lobster Bisque
  • Sage & Butternut Squash Soup (veg)

2nd course — Carpaccio

  • Black Pepper Crusted Beef Carpaccio with shaved parmesan, citrus vinaigrette & arugula
  • Tomato Carpaccio (veg)

Main course

  • 8 oz AAA Steak, cooked to order
  • Chorizo Stuffed Chicken
  • Maple & Soy Salmon with bacon and tomato fondue
  • Lemon Pepper Spiced Charred Tofu (veg)

Served with your choice of roasted garlic mashed potatoes, healthy quinoa or creamy polenta, plus vegetable medley.
